Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Streetwise Football Lab, a members-only football data dashboard and prediction platform available at streetwisefootball.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Streetwise Consultancy, registered in Australia. You can reach us at info@streetwiseconsultancy.com.
2. Accounts and membership
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You provide a username, email address and password when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You may not share your account with others or use automated means to access the Service.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it for other members.
3. Free and Unlimited memberships
- Free membership gives you access to the dashboard and a rolling limit of one Ask the Lab question per seven days.
- Unlimited membership costs EUR 10 per month, removes the question limit and is billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Your Unlimited subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Manage membership page; you keep Unlimited access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices include applicable GST, VAT or sales tax where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- Refunds are handled at our discretion; contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
4. Predictions and no guarantee of outcomes
Everything on the Service, including Ask the Lab answers, accumulator suggestions and the match predictor, is information only. It is not betting advice and it is not a recommendation to place a bet.
- Football is unpredictable. Model probabilities describe likelihood, not certainty, and no suggested bet is guaranteed to win.
- Data and fixture information can be incomplete or out of date. Always check team news, lineups and odds with your own bookmaker before betting.
- We are not a bookmaker and we do not accept bets. Any bet you place is with a third-party bookmaker under their terms.
5. Responsible gambling
Betting should be fun, not a way to make money. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gambling stops being fun for you or someone you know, help is available: in Australia contact Gambling Help Online (gamblinghelponline.org.au) or Gamblers Anonymous, and in the UK and Ireland contact GambleAware (begambleaware.org). Use the deposit and self-exclusion tools your bookmaker offers. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to bet.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell or republish the Service's data or model output.
- Do not attempt to access other members' data or the Service's administrative areas.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, data products and written content, is owned by Streetwise Consultancy and protected by copyright. Third-party football data remains the property of its sources. You may use outputs of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Fixtures, data and features may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and Streetwise Consultancy is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions, reliance on predictions, or interruptions to the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Contact and governing law
Questions, complaints or notices can be sent to info@streetwiseconsultancy.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
