Privacy Policy

Streetwise Football Lab is operated by Streetwise Consultancy, registered in Australia. For any privacy question or request, email info@streetwiseconsultancy.com.

• Account data: your username, email address, password (stored only as an encrypted credential by our authentication provider) and the date you joined.
• Membership data: your plan (Free or Unlimited), subscription status and billing period. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never visible to us.
• Usage data: the Ask the Lab questions you ask, so we can enforce the free-question limit and improve answers.
• Bet recommendations: suggested selections, original probabilities, model settings, results and any bookmaker price you enter. Your history is private. We use combined result measurements to test improvements, not to guarantee winning bets.
• Technical data: standard web logs and, where enabled, anonymised analytics from Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps of how the interface is used).

• To run your account and let you sign in (necessary for the contract with you).
• To process subscriptions and keep billing records (necessary for the contract and legal obligations).
• To enforce the free-question limit and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• To understand how members use the app so we can improve it (legitimate interests, via anonymised analytics).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a small number of processors to run the Service. Each only receives what it needs:

• Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase): hosting, database, authentication and email delivery.
• Stripe: subscription payments, invoices and the billing portal.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised product analytics.
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): measuring visits, sign ups, checkouts, purchases and page reads from our Facebook and Instagram ads, and ad optimisation. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you accept; you can withdraw any time in Cookie settings on the Cookie Policy page.
• Lovable AI: processing Ask the Lab questions to generate answers.

Account and membership data are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and billing records after that. Ask the Lab questions are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained under Microsoft Clarity's standard retention. Bet recommendations are kept while your account is active and are removed when you delete your account. Combined model review figures contain no member identities.

We handle personal data in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict some processing. Email info@streetwiseconsultancy.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or your local data protection authority.

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Open Account settings, choose Delete account and confirm. That removes your profile, membership record, questions, credits and community posts, and cancels any live membership. Billing records we must keep for tax purposes are retained for the period the law requires.

Your data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit, and member data is protected by row-level security so members can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

If this policy changes materially we will announce it in the app and update the date at the top of this page.
