1. What we use and why

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to keep the app working. There are five groups:

GroupSet byPurposeType
Sign-in sessionLovable Cloud authenticationKeeps you signed in between page loads. Stored as a secure, HTTP-only session cookie plus a session entry in your browser's local storage.Strictly necessary
Billing sessionStripeUsed only on checkout and Manage membership screens to keep your payment session secure while Stripe processes the subscription.Strictly necessary
Product analyticsMicrosoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, CLID)Anonymised heatmaps and session replays of how the interface is used. Clarity masks all text and inputs, so no personal content is recorded.Analytics
Advertising measurementMeta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc)Measures visits, sign ups, checkouts, purchases and page reads that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads, and helps Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it only runs after you press Accept.Advertising
App preferencesStreetwise Football Lab (local storage)Remembers your predictor settings, saved fixtures and whether you dismissed the install-app prompt. Never leaves your device.Functionality

2. Advertising cookies

We do not show ads on the Service. We do advertise the Lab on Facebook and Instagram, and use the Meta Pixel to see which ads lead to visits, sign ups and purchases (with the purchase amount). This information is shared with Meta Platforms. Your choice, the date and the wording you saw are stored on your device. You can withdraw at any time: and press Reject. Tracking stops straight away.

3. Controlling cookies

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in and payments. For the rest, you can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the app will keep working, you will just need to sign in again and reset any saved preferences.
